Fifteen years ago a new client asked us to install an ICF foundation on an island for a new cottage. After a little research and a couple of training seminars we became certified in the Nudura ICF system and have never looked back. We started dealing with IsoMatrixx Building supplies as our supplier and have worked on many projects since then over the years.

In our quest for ‘niche’ markets, we started a barging division for residents and cottagers located on Lake Simcoe and Lake Couchiching in beautiful cottage country.
We can offer remote residential and boathouse construction, septic services, dredging, dock/marine railway design and installation, shoreline engineering and salvage services.
We work with only the best licensed Architects as well as Mechanical, Electrical and Structural Engineers to ensure proper structural integrity and compliance with local and Provincial building codes.
